Dawn Altomonte (Chudy) started her archery career in 1991 Middletown Archery Club in the JOAD program. She became a Resident Athlete at the US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista CA in 1998-1999. Dawn earned an athletic scholarship to shoot archery at Texas A&M University, where she claimed numerous accolades.   Among Dawn’s accomplishments:

  • Four Time Letterman
  • PA State Outdoor Record Holder Sr. Recurve Women
  • Ranked 8th at 2008 Olympic Team Trials
  • 2003 World Indoor Team Member, Nimes France
  • 2003 Indoor & Outdoor Collegiate National Champion
  • Ranked No. 1 in US 2002
  • Exceptional Student Athlete Award, Texas A&M 2002
  • 2nd Place 2002 World University Archery Championship, Chonburi Thailand
  • 2001 European Archery Grand Prix Team, Nicosia Cryprus
